Totally. You don’t need to be a yogi-master, super-flexible or have any strength to get started. The classes are in video form, letting you know exactly what to do every single step of the way.
P.S – Don’t worry, you don’t have to do any crazy things like stand on your head or fold into 3. The yoga classes are simple and anyone can do them!
