Salee is an Ayurvedic yoga teacher, author, entrepreneur, and a passionate cook, who has a strong believe about using yoga and natural food as a form of medicine for the mind, body and spirit. Her works were featured on the BBC World Service and Am Thai newspaper.
Salee had a busy life working in the bustling City of London as a freelance journalist, for the Royal Thai Embassy, and then later as a corporate trainer. Whist enjoying her city lifestyle, she found herself battling against her chronic lower back pain constantly.
The journey had been somewhat up and down with several physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, and many more treatments by specialists over the years. She discovered that practising yoga in conjunction with a healthy diet was the main route that helps her manage the pains and
gives a long lasting result far better than anything else.
Salee has been practicing yoga since 2005. She was qualified as yoga teacher in 2020 with enhanced 500hrs as well as Ayurveda Practice by Kashish Yoga School in India and is registered as a member of the Yoga Alliance.
Salee is passionate about holistic healing especially issues with muscular, skeletal pain, respiratory diseases as well as mental health.
Salee is also passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. She works in partnership with a specialist supported living company to help young people with learning disabilities maintain their wellbeing. For more information; https://youandmesupportedliving.co.uk/
She strongly believe that these issues can be addressed efficiently with some simple yoga practice and lifestyle change.
There are so many of us that suffer from these common issues but yet they are dominant to our physical and mental lives.
Getting back to your true self once again is what's needed. Why not get in touch and experience it for yourselves.
